Nuclear Espionage

The Iranian Government has now gone against his normal doctrine in dropping the espionage charges on a former nuclear negotiator. This is violating Ahmadinejad's goal of trying to reduce corruption and foreign influence in the government. It was all done in public to show that they would not allow opponents to use it against them in the upcoming March elections. They are still saying that they will keep their peaceful nuclear program going.

This is solely a political move and a way to keep the country on their side by not going after a supporter of the opposing party. Hossein Mousavian is still guilty of a lesser charge that Ahmadinejad and company are not publicicing.
